June 20th, 2010

When I joined Tribe Syndication Association (TSA) four short weeks ago, I had no idea of the incredible journey I was about to begin.

And, although my first week in TSA was a bit of a learning curve for me, it was also a week filled with much excitement ~ never had I experienced so much activity going on within a small group of people.  It was incredible to be a [...] Continue Reading…

If you’re involved in Network Marketing/Direct Sales then you probably know how exciting it can be when you initially sponsor someone into your business, yet there are some things that, as a sponsor, you should and shouldn’t do for your new team members.

As a sponsor, your new team member looks to you to help them get started and plugged-in to the company’s success plan, and you should make yourself available to them, especially for their first 30 days.  They depend upon you for support and showing them how it all works.  No one wants to join a company and [...] Continue Reading…

Consistency is Key

May 31st, 2010

If you study successful people, you’ll find one trait they all have in common is consistency.

Consistency creates habits.  Habits make the difference between success or failure.  Did you know that quitting is a habit?  And, every time you quit, you risk damage to your self-esteem, and send your subconscious a message that you’re helpless.  You are not helpless.  If you’ll take action every time you feel like quitting, you will gain confidence that seems to make your next step easier.
